ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT


Ineffective management of educational institutions, educational programs, etc. has often been at the root of poor-quality institutional performances. To address this lacunae, Technical Educational and Management Department, since its inception, has been offering short- term training programs in different areas of institutional/organizational management, quality management, environmental management, training & development, Disaster Management and Climate Change. In general, the training programs are aimed at various clientele groups comprising not only the technical teachers' community but also other professionals belonging to different domains of the world of work. Besides training activity, a number of consultancy and research projects have been coordinated by the department in different areas of technical education.

ABOUT GCASSF 2025


The International Conference on "Global Climate Action: Strategies for a Sustainable Future" is scheduled to take place on 22-23 May, 2025. This conference aims to bring together researchers, policymakers, industry experts, and academicians to discuss innovative strategies and sustainable solutions to address global climate challenges. CLIMATE CHANGE AND SUSTAINABILITY


Climate change poses significant risks to ecosystems, economies, and societies worldwide. The need for sustainable development has never been more urgent. This conference focuses on climate resilience, adaptation, and mitigation strategies to counteract the adverse effects of climate change. Topics such as sustainable energy, decarbonization, climate finance, and green infrastructure will be explored to equip stakeholders with the knowledge to implement sustainable practices.

For the GCASSF 2025 conference, paper submissions should follow Springer's guidelines, which include adhering to the Springer book series formatting template and submitting via the conference's designated online portal. Manuscripts must be original, written in English, and formatted according to Springer's style (Word template). All accepted papers may be considered for indexing in the Springer book series (Scopus) upon publication in the Springer book series. Authors must ensure that their submissions are free of plagiarism and comply with ethical standards.
