The Technology Development Cell (TDC) at National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research, Kolkata is a brainchild of the current Director Prof. Phalguni Gupta. It is a central facility established with a vision to cater all the computing and technical needs of the Institute for their research, development, training and teaching. The Institute is ongoing the process of upgradation of its computing facilities and network infrastructure in a major way over past few years. The Cell plays a vital role in the establishment of these facilities. Apart from this, the Cell is also involved in various activities of office automation, Wi-Fi services, PC and electrical maintenance etc.
